At approximately 1:07 pm on 24 September 2026, vehicle registration MTG284 was parked in a designated bus stop at 2 Wakefield Avenue, Sumner, Christchurch. The vehicle was obstructing the bus stop, and a Metro Route 3 bus was approaching the stop at the time. Photo attached. Please investigate.
