Real estate agents are well known for leaving signs up long after a property is sold to act as a free advertisement for the agent concerned with their photo, business and phone number. In this case, (3/94 Rugby Street) the property was sold over a week ago, the hoarding is on public land, and it is preventing the neighbour from mowing the berm. The sign should be removed without any further delay.
