failed 4m retaining wall at 1 Tuawera is actively discharging clay slurry onto the road during rain. The eq-damaged wall is severely rotated and propped with timber. This failure has caused the uphill supported driveway panels on my property at 72 Clifton tce to sink. The area is prone to under-runners. Insurer (IAG) is planning a rebuild below the old wall but is non-responsive regarding construction, safety, silt mitigation & stability guarantee. Requesting an urgent compliance inspect
