Safety flotation device tempered with. This is not the first time this has been neglected. These devices have installed for 1 month & we have not started with the high use summer season yet. Please install these devices with a safety security seal (similar to fire extinguisher seals installed in public buildings). This may assist in preventing tampering. Please ring me to discuss.
