I am at work at a resident address on Avonside drive and there has been this really really disgusting smell like something rotten or dead, I’ve just looked over the fence and I’m pretty sure it’s this pile or scraps or whatever it is. There’s a group of abandoned flats that the council is in the process of knocking down it is on this property beside a garden shed. I think it’s Mabel Howard Place, Avonside
