Location: Halswell Junction Road, Halswell, Christchurch, near the intersection with Harry Manship Crescent and Red Poppy Lane. The Council grass along this section is regularly allowed to become excessively long before it is mowed. When it was mowed yesterday, a large amount of grass clippings was left on the grass, footpath and tactile paving. The attached photograph shows the condition immediately after mowing.
