The reporter’s words
Overgrown trees and vegetation are obstructing the pedestrian footpath along Halswell Junction Road, I walk along this road daily, and the vegetation has become so overgrown that some of the branches are hanging into the walking area at head height. Pedestrians have to bend down, duck underneath the branches, or move away from the normal walking path to get past them. This is particularly difficult for pedestrians and could be a safety issue.
