Hi, there is a large tree right on the Avon river, outside the apartments at 18 Carlton Mill Road that is slowly dying. Most years large branches are breaking off, again this week another branch has broken off but is balancing on other branches and could fall at anytime. Many walkers walk under this tree everyday, I’m quite sure when this branch does fall and there were walkers underneath the tree someone could get seriously hurt. The bigger issue is that the tree needs to be removed. Thanks
