The reporter’s words
the traffic management setup at this intersection is not only grossly unsafe to cyclists but is causing ridiculous amounts of congestion. it took 50 minutes to travel from Moorehouse ave to Brougham St this afternoon. all straight through traffic including cyclists forced into a right turn lane with only 1 to 2 cars through each cycle and no attempt to ameliorate the issue and no warning the blockage was there its the worst traffic management I have ever seen and completely unacceptable.
