Disgusting rats and mice all around the bird cage and no doubt infesting Propety in this area. This is a serous health hazard and pest problem that needs to be eradicated now Come on city council.!!!! My wife has reported this to your earlier and you advised her that you have sorted. I think you simply ignored it and or your Comtractors need a kick up their butt Next I will need to go to the press and health department
