Reported Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 5:26 pm, 16 Country Palms Drive, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
We live at 16 Country Palms Drive, and are one of the original owners. Between our place and number 14 there is a blossom tree originally planted and maintained by the Council. The grafted area has all died off and the newer growth is reverting to its wild form. this tree has and is not doing well. we pay big rates, any chance this blossom tree can be replaced?
