The reporter’s words
In recent months the vehicles parked on the north side of Winslow Street severely restrict movement through this short street and make visibility of oncoming vehicles very difficult. The south side has a P120 restriction and there is no problem with that. I suggest that there should be no parking at all on the north side. Last week I encountered vehicle towing a large caravan coming through - how stupid can you be trying to negotiate such a narrow road restricted by parked vehicles!
