Facility - General Request
Reported Thursday, 15 October 2026 at 4:13 pm, 213 Marine Parade, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
One of the brackets on the first sail outside the library has rusted off. This causes the metal to hit the bar causing a very loud noise that can be heard in the library when it is windy, and it is very distracting.
