The reporter’s words
Neighbors 2x bulldogs have come through the fence into my yard on multiple occasions. They have broken the fence open and tried to dig underneath. the dogs have no collars and they don't seem interested to remedy the problem from their side. Myself and my landlord have tried securing the fence from our side twice.
