The reporter’s words

Dear CCC, this portion of the green fence is constantly tagged. I heard two youths talking recently and said that 'it is a dodgy fence so no one minds if the rough bit is covered in art' well we do mind. I note that the parts of the fence that are already painted get repainted, however if the parts with the paint flaking off are also painted it will appear that people do in fact care that the fence is painted, it will give the impression that the area as a whole is cared for, and therefore the entire fence will not do considered a free zone for tagging. please paging the whole fence green, only a small.extra portion, and prevent the whole fence being tagged again and again and again. thank you, residents of Harvey
