Hazard, vehicle
Reported Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 1:34 pm, 78 Durham St South, Canterbury, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The on street parking is no longer suitable for the businesses in the area. (Photos shows cars parked on yellow lines, in front of driveways, exceeding P10 limit). Since Hybrid Theory opened on 101 Durham St, it has been increasingly difficult for customers of Ron Mottram Picture Framers, Chambers gallery and other surrounding businesses to find parks especially around lunchtime. We believe that changing the parks in front of 101 Durham St from all day to P60 would greatly improve the situation.
