Parks
Reported Sunday, 22 December 2019 at 7:41 pm, 161, Taylors Mistake Road, Sumner, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Some large branches have broken off some big eucalyptus trees at the side of Scarborough Rd. One has already fallen down the cliff which overhangs the start Scarborough Rd, and as shown narrowly avoided hitting cars and killing people. A children’s playground is under the cliff also so many children are at risk here. More large broken branches are still balanced at the top of the cliff at present. I think some tree work is urgently needed, please. The trees can most easily be seen on the right as one drives up Scarborough hill Rd.
