The reporter’s words
The bike park is unsafe for small children who are not yet confident on their bikes as the bike path goes straight out onto a very busy road. To be safer you could put two large moveable gardens or any sort of barrier, in a shape which forces the children to through a sort of "S" bend to get out onto the road. It is currently a very unsafe design and makes for a stressful experience for parents.
