Parks

The reporter’s words
Just wondering why these commercial vehicles are allowed to park in council owned car parks, the bus has been there for over 24 hours & the trailer has recently been left, wouldn’t mind if the car park was locked as it states on the board, but the company that is responsible for this never bothers, so as my bedroom is facing this car park I am woken by the vehicles leaving at whatever time suits them
