woken again by rediculious CCC approved road divertion down Guthries Rd. Trucks used to have to get permit to deliver goods and come down this road. today again and yesterday this procession of Marshlands Rd traffic is coming along here. the road is too narrow and in 5 minutes this is some of traffic crossing centre line. We pay rates, get bugger all for them and get treated like shit. traffic diversions should go down arterial roads not badly formed narrow roads only suitable for residents. About time CCC staff paid by ratepayers looked after the householders not businesses like Treetec who leak council work, thru old boys club and charge like wounded bulls. Rural Christchurch ratepayers are sick of inept badly thought out council decisions. Diversions on Marshland Rd shouldn't start til after peck traffic approx. 10am and have to go out to Main Nth Road if you had put lihhts there in first place for residents and business park traffic! Very Annoyed. Several residents rang police yedterday and we will again today. Fed up.
