I am still concerned about this container for private use (residents of 45 Studholme St) being stored on a public road. Contrary to a previous response from CCC Enforcement the container is NOT being used by the school who do not have any container on public land (ie no school container at all in Studholme st or Somerfield st) Please advise if this storage of a container on public land is legal. It is affecting pedestrian safety and reducing vision in a very busy part of Studholme st.
