we the residents of Chardale street are sick and tired of boy racers on this streach of hulverstone drive. they do burn outs and are a real nuisance. we have had enough. Why this part of hulverstone drive is still open in the red zone is beyond us. it should be closed off completely. Chardale street can be exited other ways as can briamont street. Hulverstone drive can be closed off or at least bollards put up to stop this behavior. Please address asap !!! on behalf of the residents of Chardale street , as rate payers we deserve better. Thankyou.
