The reporter’s words
Three scoops of bark were delivered to Highcrest Reserve Rose Garden before Christmas to help prevent week growth. This bark is still sitting where it was dumped, has not been spread out, and the weeds are having a field day. Such a waste of good bark and when it’s spread, it will save the Council money ( gardening fees).
