The reporter’s words
Please note address is 4 Len Hale place. We are considering purchasing this empty section which has trees on the north side - ie on council land. These large trees will block the north and north west sun. Could you please tell us the process and likelyhood of removing or significantly cutting these trees? The decline sale for this section is the 13th of Feb so some information before this date would be greatly appreciated. Blair Cross. 021 02449118, blairc@cdhb.govt.nz
