Reported Wednesday, 5 February 2020 at 9:15 am, Kirk Road, Templeton, Christchurch 7675, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Most of Kirk Rd is has temporary 50kmh signs but no indication of roadworks or workers or why speed is reduced. on the northbound side, there is a 30kmh sign leading to a covered 80kmh sign next to an uncovered 80kmh sign. on the south bound side it is there is about 50mtrs of 30kmh zone before entering the Templeton 50kmh zone. The whole site is a joke and no one is complying with posted limits, temporary or otherwise.
