Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Thursday, 6 February 2020 at 2:11 pm, 35, Holliss Avenue, Cashmere, 8022, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Four bins. Two red. Two green. Some of which have been out for 3 weeks now. Two of the bins have been tagged for not having RFID. They are messy out on the street and constitute a security threat (assumption in attended properties etc).
