Flooding
Reported Saturday, 22 February 2020 at 6:05 pm, 15, Marriner Street, Sumner, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
I’m worried that the fencing at the top of the abandoned Sumner Apartments is insufficient to prevent an unattended child wandering into the flooded underground car park. Surely this is a hazard and potential drowning risk?
