Visited on Saturday night for dinner and the place was packed. There was a great atmosphere inside and I loved the decor, especially the gas fire, wine racks and old yachting photos on the walls. My partner and I shared the grilled octopus and venison meatballs to start, followed by the roasted chicken with Greek roasted potatoes and the winter salad. We were also going to order the roasted carrots, but our waitress suggested we already had enough food, and she was right. There wasn't much of a wait for the food, especially considering how busy the restaurant was. The octopus itself was a li
Isabella Clague, a month agoWe chose to celebrate a very special family milestone here, and it was the perfect place for the occasion. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the evening. Thank you for helping make our celebration so memorable. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Saluka Thiele, 2 months agoFull of flavour, cooked perfectly, and came out looking just as good as it tasted. Staff were on point, super friendly and knew exactly what to recommend. Easily one of the best spots I’ve been to in Christchurch. Will be back for sure.
