I have had a wonderful experience at the Cashel branch. I’ve been there three times, and during my most recent visit the service exceeded all my expectations. I was experiencing a serious eye problem, and Pauraic assessed me very carefully. He immediately recognized the urgency of the situation and referred me to the hospital, where I underwent eye surgery. His professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine care made all the difference. Isabel Castro, 2 months agoI recently went to Bailey Nelson to have my eyes tested again, this time specifically for driving. I’d been struggling with night driving because traffic lights looked like two colours were layered on top of each other, which made things pretty uncomfortable on the road. I was seen by Pádraig, the optometrist, and he was fantastic. He talked me through every part of the eye test, explained what each step meant, and kept the whole experience calm and unhurried. He was incredibly thorough, and I never felt rushed or confused. I’ve since received my new glasses and they work a mint — especially
Julia Lyttle, 5 months agoSick of the up selling, trying to be sold thinning. No one could tell me how much thinner the glasses would be with the thinning. I was told I wouldn't be sold glasses with out it. I had to state twice I would not be spending the extra $100 per set. Then the sales person kept talking about it. I kept being shown glass frames out of my budget, as I wasn't asked what my budget was this isn't a surprise. I was unable to buy glasses, so was unable to take advantage of the free eye check.i don't even have an idea of their name. I'm now left with an eye prescription that is useless as I don't know w
