I had a really disappointing experience at the Cashel Street Country Road store. From the moment I approached the counter, the store manager was noticeably cold and unwelcoming—there was no basic acknowledgment or friendly greeting, which immediately set an uncomfortable tone. The situation became more frustrating when an item I intended to purchase was incorrectly priced. Instead of apologising for the error or offering any kind of solution, the manager came across as dismissive and indifferent. When I explained that I didn’t want to proceed with the purchase at the higher price, she made me
