I had to cater for 220 people. I have never catered. Couplands team were so helpful. Over the phone at the weekend helping me plan; in person in the bakery when I went to pay and confirm, and on collection. Everything was as ordered and on time. Each member of staff had passed on the info to the next. They were so helpful. The food was excellent quality and everyone was happy. Thank you Couplands Blenheim Rd team! 10 stars!
Julie McGregor, 7 months agoNeve, the amazing, kindhearted person she is, helped me by giving me her recommendations as it was the first time I’ve been in there, jumbo cookie was amazing!, her smile lit up the shop with happiness. Highly recommend the cookie, will definitely be coming back.
Keelan Young, 7 months agoMckenzie assuming she's the manager today and the other blonde staff in the checkout today around 3:15 pm had zero customer service at all. Asked for an exchange item cause the muffins we bought had a factory defect in packing, and was tiped all over the ground outside as soon we went out. My wife approached her in a nice way ,she told the operator what happened but she insisted that the item was okay and there was no deffect at all with the product, and assumes that we are lying. So if you have CCTV outside your premises you can check it and prove that we are telling the truth. Just for a p
