We order a few things a few time, whether it's $$$ or $$$$ items, they never tell you a firm estimate of delivery time. Instead, they fake promise everytime. Say 2 weeks, then 4 week nothing. Then at 5th week they sent a text saying a delivery is schedule in the weekend. Then the weekend past, nothing arrived still. Happen not once, not twice, 3 times. Staff always just passing phone to others and noone have a clue of what's going on. Nothing wrong if they say a firm delivery day even if it's 6 months. But do not fake promise and 2 weeks turn in to 2 months.
T N, 4 months agoThe most amazing customer service from Jason (TV and audio), Nick (Whiteware) and Kim (Vacuums). Absolutely faultless, very knowledgeable on their products and all round team excellence. Because of the way Jason, Nick and Kim work with each other and their customer, buying across 3 different departments was an easy and seamless experience. Congratulations Jason, Nick and Kim. You 3 are AWESOME.
Julia Main, 6 months agoI tried to return a dehumidifier that performed nowhere near what was advertised. City branch refused, said they could only test it or swap for identical — wouldn’t consider a refund or consider it not fit for purpose. Went straight to Hornby branch, who understood the issue, followed the Consumer Guarantees Act, and gave a full refund with no hassle. Huge difference in knowledge and service between the two locations.
