My experience at Riverside was awesome. So many stalls to visit. Place was crowded, very popular. My favorite was the Sushi Train. An amazing variety of food at a gr8t price and the service was top class. Finished off with a lovely coffee and scroll at a coffee shop at the side entrance. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Chch as it is an experience not to be missed.
Gay Moore, 3 months agoWas good sushi nothing amazing but was a nice place to stop for a quick bite. Service was poor - the person who served us at payment time was so rude to the point I wouldn't recommend or return because of how rude she was. I'll give it to the dish hand washing all those plates though he was happy and powering through those plates!
Sheena, 3 months agoI found this sushi train to be overpriced. Every plate is the same price, which didn't seem to offer much value considering the selection. The sushi train was mostly empty despite there being quite a few customers on a saturday, and the staffs were standing around rather than restocking the conveyor with fresh dishes. Overall, I wasn't very impressed. The food wasn't anything particularly special, especially for the price. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like good value, and I don't think I'd return.
