the footpath at the entrance to mendip park is uneven. yesterday while out walking with my guide dog, he stopped to let me know there was a

the park bench in Mendip Reserve has 2 seat rails off. they are still on the seat but not attached.
Playground Equipment — Swing is too high for kids to get on by themselves. I’m a grown adult (165cm) am still struggled trying to sit in the swing.
Facility - General Request — The path now has many potholes. Kids come off their scooters as they go through on their way to school or when playing in the park.
