Reported Tuesday, 10 November 2015 at 11:19 am, Waipapa Avenue, Diamond Harbour, 8972, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
There is a lot of rubbish around the Diamond Harbour wharf road end. I just saw a Recreation Services truck arrive and turn around without stopping. Is this contractor supposed to pick up rubbish at this location?
