Reported Saturday, 29 February 2020 at 7:33 am, 687, Gloucester Street, Linwood, 8062, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
A very smelly yellow bin has been left outside our house for more than a week now. It has been tagged as stolen but no one has come back for it. The address sticker has been removed. Can it please be removed before more rubbish is put in it.
