The Emmett street road closure is causing dangerous driving behaviour. Drivers are driving on the footpath to avoid the road closure. This is happening it several times an hour. This is more dangerous than the road being open. Please reconsider the choice to close Emmett st and use a temporary stop sign on Emmett St instead.
