The reporter’s words
Full to the brim rubbish bins! Today at 3pm. The ‘big belly’ wouldn’t even open and the green bin was wide open on a very windy day down by the ocean so passive pollution could easily fly into the sea. Please sort this out as people are trying to dispose of their rubbish wisely only to have it flying around in the environment!!
