poor road layout limits on street parking creating issues like this. it is not safe for cclists to have to deal with this on a daily basis. this is not an issue to pass of to parking enforcement. there is clear evidence that the layout is not safe, suitable and fit for purpose issues like this have only occured due to the speed humps layout and never existed prior.
