The reporter’s words

Hi there, the sign on dog walking on leads in St Albans Park was deliberately uprooted and half-hidden last night. I spoke to a user yesterday who was running his Border Collie dog free and tossing balls. He basically told me to go away, he was in control etc. Same again today with another farm dog type walker. Please can one of your Dog Control officers visit the park and if they see this behaviour, explain why they need to stop being anti-social in Lockdown. I’m 72 and liable to get attacked by one of these entitled dudes if I speak to them, as I have tried to so far. Thanks. Jeffrey
