Reported Monday, 4 May 2020 at 8:01 am, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The toilet blocks in Hagley Park are a disgrace. Would you choose to use a facility looking like this? While there are no tourists here to witness the standard of our public facilities and because of the consequence of the Covid19 Lockdown, surely now is the time to get this rebuild project ‘shovel ready’ and fast tracked.
