This is a leaf pile! The council person that mower Strathean reserve threw grass clippings amongst it. I have cleared most of the leaves in the culver sac and have 4 wool sacks full I shall pay to take to eco drop now but this is one pile too many. Please arrange for roading or parks I don’t care to deal with this one and redo the kerbs in our street please Thank you
