Reported Thursday, 28 May 2020 at 2:43 pm, Landfill Avenue, Bottle Lake, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.

The reporter’s words

The truck drivers hose out their trucks after dumping at the landfill, and the sludge and filthy water is left all over the road, and fills the water ways with nowhere to drain. Walkers, runners and cyclists using the forest are unable to cross it when the sludge gets thick and the water puddle is so large. I now have to Bush-bash through the forest to get around the area to cross over landfill road. It is also bad for the forest environment, washing the sludge straight into the forest.
