Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 8 June 2020 at 4:33 pm, 216, High Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Broken street lamp on High Street (between Cashel and Manchester). Think it is the street lamp directly opposite the barrier site derelict building. Makes the street very dark and may contribute to high levels of graffiti on the painted hoarding at night.
