This tree is a safety concern on the sidewalk hanging low and falling branches in the wind make it a hazard for pedestrians walking below,especially children riding bikes or scooters. The branches are also hanging on the electricity lines which I believe is unsafe,particularly in the high winds we've been experiencing. Please may your office address this with the home owners. Much appreciated, From a neighbour, avid walker and cyclist with my 4year old son
