This operator, EcoSeaker, is operating his business from a parking space on Rue Balguerie. And sometimes, as in these photos, is parked illegally. He operates a dolphin swimming boat and has customers changing into wet suits here on the side of the road and right in the view of all the customers at Ma Maison restaurant.
