Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Tuesday, 12 January 2016 at 10:51 pm, 859, Colombo Street, Christchurch, 8013, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
How can a wheelie bin be emptied in a way that results in this much green waste being left on the road? My green bin was full but the lid was closed as required. Is there something going wrong here? Either faulty equipment or incorrect operation? Surely there must be a way to collect rubbish without so much ending up in the road. Just to let you know, I swept the street clean.
