Roading/Streets
Reported Tuesday, 21 July 2020 at 9:40 am, Harper Avenue, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
On my bike commute to work in the CBD this morning I couldn't trigger the traffic signals (and neither could the other four cyclists who arrived after me). Someone eventually rode onto the yellow tiles to activate the signals. I note that the red activation light was recently fixed, but it wasn't working this morning.
