Roading/Streets
Reported Tuesday, 4 August 2020 at 8:56 am, 156, Armagh Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi, the former PWC building ruins have become a resting/breeding site for seagulls and they have destroyed all the surrounding streets and buildings with faeces / dropping. The council and the building owner have disregarded their responsibilities here shamefully. If the Avon Poop Loop can be cleaned up, can the council DOC and the building owner ace responsibly and remove there birds. Regards, Mark Doyle
