Again??? I have complained about this rubbish bin in Scott Park, Mt Pleasant, always being overflowing and an absolute disgrace as it’s right next to the estuary and bird life!! Does it need to be a big belly if someone isn’t going to check it every day? Freedom campers were here today as well? Please sort this out...
